LoZ: The Wind Waker

Welcome back to my blogs and today we will be talking about the LoZ game The Wind Waker and what makes it so good. This game came out in the early 2000's and was on two game systems, The wii and the wii u.

When you first start the beginning of the game you are woken up by your sister. She reminds you its your birthday and so you go to your house and meet your grandmother. After getting your birthday you head back to your sister to receive your birthday gift from your sister which is a telescope after you see a giant bird with the telescope dropping a girl into the forest. You tell the swordsman on the island that you need a sword to save the girl. You go into the forest and meet a pirate named Tetra. After saving Tetra the bird comes back and kidnaps your sister. The pirates then agree to take you to the forbidden fortress, in their boat, where the bird took her.  

After sneaking around the fortress, getting your sword back and having a quick fight with a low level enemy you open the door to find a cage full of girls with blonde hair. The giant bird that you saw before swoops you up and shows you to this dark figure of a man and the the bird flings you out into the sea. You wake up washed up on a beach on an island called outset where you meet a boat named King of Red Lions, who tells the shadowy figure of a man you saw was Ganon and tells you that you need a sail first at the island you washed up on.

Once you got 80 rupees, you buy the sail and return to the boat and start sailing east you land on an island called Dragon Roost. After arriving the boat will give you the windwaker and once you have that you can learn from a headstone the song "Winds requiem."

After learning the song and doing a few other errands you are ready for the cavern which you meet someone named Medly who helps you get to the cavern and continue on your quest. After going through the cavern, fighting some enemies, getting the item grappling hook you fight the boss. After defeating the boss you earn the Din's pearl. After that you head to the Forest haven.

Once you land there you have a few errands, meet the Karoks and the great deku tree and eventually have to enter another dungeon called the Forbidden woods. Fighting off some monsters and meeting Makar you go back to the Deku tree and get another pearl.

You then get a another pearl from a giant whale. After that you go back to the forbidden fortress and save your sister. After fighting and defeating the giant bird you meet Ganondorf. You are flung across sea yet again and told to take the pearls to special points in the sea. After doing that you rise up the tower of gods.

After a bunch of other things involving powering up your sword with Medli and Makar who end up being sages you are ready to fight Ganondorf. After the fight you helped the world be free from such an evil force and everyone is happy and you go back to your island with your sister and grandmother.
